The Forbidden Planet Archive

The original Forbidden Planet opened at 23 Denmark Street, (the famous ‘Tin Pan Alley’) in the heart of London's West End on July 22nd 1978. It wasn't long before FP became the UK's number one specialist store in science fiction, comic books and movie-related memorabilia. 

And now, for the very first time, we’ve put our archive live on the web! 

You can find details of our earliest signings - including photographs, flyers and posters - from all of our events from 1978 to 1989, including signings with Mark Hamill and Dave Prowse, Peter Davison, Jon Pertwee, Alan Moore and Neil Gaiman, Iain Banks, Anne McCaffrey and many, many more.
