When submitting photos or videos please include a few words to let us know, who is in it, what the event was and, if you know, when it took place.
It's important to note that you still own the copyright to everything you contribute to Forbidden Planet Ltd and that if your image and/or video is accepted, we will endeavour to publish your name alongside it, if it is used by Forbidden Planet Ltd. If you do not wish to be credited, please state this in your submission. Please note that this accreditation may not always be possible and in contributing to the Forbidden Planet Ltd Archive you agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way, and in any media worldwide. This may include but is not limited to social media channels, promotions and products. We, or authorised third parties, reserve the right to cut, crop, edit or refuse to publish, your content at our or their sole discretion.
When you submit content to Forbidden Planet Ltd you agree and represent that you have created that content, or you have received permission from, or are authorised by, the owner of any part of the content.
You warrant that the content you submit to us is not obscene, threatening, harassing, libellous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, offensive, defamatory of any person or illegal. You warrant that the content you submit does not infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary or privacy right of any party or individual.
If you are under 16, you confirm that you have permission of your parent or guardian to submit content.
We accept no liability in respect of any content submitted by users and published by us or by authorised third parties.
