Gerry Anderson, the master of Supermarionation was invited to cut the ribbon at the grand opening of Forbidden Planet 2. The new store was devoted soley to film and television, including Doctor Who, Star Trek and Star Wars, as well as offering a full range of vintage movie posters, stills and magazines.

(Below) Long before author Michael Crighton dreamed up Jurassic Park dinosaurs were already a 20th Century reality as Dino is no doubt relating to this nervous-looking journalist.
