What are your last order dates?

UK Mainland - We are processing orders hourly but due to postal strikes cannot promise delivery in time for 24th December. 

This applies for orders placed after 21:00 on Thursday 8th December 2022. 

International Orders - Due to postal strikes we cannot promise delivery in time for 24th December for orders placed after 21:00 Tuesday 6th December.

Please note that Royal Mail has announced that it is bringing forward this year's final posting dates due to a series of further strikes during December (our current last order dates reflect this). Where possible we will be switching our usual Royal Mail shipments to 1st class so that parcels arrive with customers ahead of Christmas.

We have also had reports of delays for orders dispatched around the previous strike dates of 24th & 25th November and 30th November & 1st December due to a backlog of the increased parcels in the postal system. Royal Mail are working hard to process these and get them to our customers as soon as they can.

DPD have also confirmed that they are experiencing delays with deliveries of 1-3 days to some parts of the UK due to poor weather conditions and increased traffic following the industrial action at Royal Mail; please use the DPD link below to see if you are in an affected area

In the event that our suppliers change their delivery dates, we will inform you as soon as we have the information.

Our office is open 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday (All times shown are London UK GMT).

Please do not contact stores about website queries - they will be unable to access your order information or provide assistance. 

Shops are also unable to deal with returns on goods ordered by post - these can only be dealt with via our Online Customer Services page.

The stores will hold different levels of stock in each branch. For information about local availabilty, please telephone the branch direct.

Can I order online to collect in-store?

We do not currently offer a Click & Collect service.
