What are your last order dates?

UK Mainland - 18:00 on Tuesday 14th December 2021.

International OrdersWe're very sorry, our last posting dates for shipments outside the UK have now passed; we will endeavour to process all international orders as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery ahead of Christmas for these.

All times London UK GMT. Dates only apply to items currently listed as in-stock on the website. We will be working hard on orders placed after these dates, but we cannot promise delivery in time for 24th December. 

In the event that our suppliers change their delivery dates, we will inform you as soon as we have the information.

Due to the continuing global Coronavirus pandemic, mail and courier services could be effected, and deliveries could experience delays . You can find more detailed information on current service updates with our mail carriers on their websites:

I have a query about my order - how do I contact you?

Please get in touch via our Contact Page, quoting your order number and we should respond within four working days.

Our office is open 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.

Please do not contact stores about website queries - they will be unable to access your order information or provide assistance. 

Shops are also unable to deal with returns on goods ordered by post - these can only be dealt with via our Online Customer Services page.

The stores will hold different levels of stock in each branch. For information about local availabilty, please telephone the branch direct.

Can I order online to collect in-store?

We do not currently offer a Click & Collect service.
