What are your last order dates?

UK Mainland - We are making every effort to mail orders out as rapidly as possible but can no longer assure customers that their orders will arrive in time for Christmas.  See also the note below on current UK delivery speeds.

EU DeliveryPlease note that the deadline for delivery to the EU ahead of Christmas has sadly passed.

Outside EU - Please note that the deadline for delivery to international locations ahead of Christmas has sadly passed.

Pre-orders may be subject to unexpected delays at short notice. In the event that our suppliers change their delivery dates, we will inform you as soon as we have the information.

I have a query about my order - how do I contact you?

Please get in touch via our Contact Page, quoting your order number and we should respond within four working days.

Our office is open 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.

Please do not contact stores about website queries - they will be unable to access your order information or provide assistance. 

Shops are also unable to deal with returns on goods ordered by post - these can only be dealt with via our Online Customer Services.

If you have a query about a purchase made in store, you will need to contact the branch direct.

Are all of the items on the website available in stores?

The stores will hold different levels of stock in each branch. For information about local availabilty, please telephone the branch direct.

Can I order on-line to collect in-store?

We do not currently offer a Click & Collect service.
