Last date to order within the UK - 23:00 Friday 15th December 2017

International Orders

Last date to order for Far East, Eastern Europe and Africa - 23:00 Thursday 30th November 2017

Last date to order for Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada - 23:00 Thursday 7th December 2017

Last date to order for Western Europe and ROI - 23:00 Wednesday 13th December 2017

All times given are London UK GMT. Dates only apply to items currently listed as In Stock on the website.

Please note that e-Vouchers can only be redeemed for on-line orders and Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed in our stores. Gift Vouchers ordered by mail after the dates above may not arrive by 24th December.

Christmas FAQ

If I have a question about my order, what do I do?

If you have a query, please email via our Contact Page with your order number and we will respond as quickly as possible - usually within two working days in the busy period.

Our working hours are 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. Please note that the Office will be closed from the afternoon of 22nd December and will re-open on 27th December.

Please do not contact stores with a Mail Order query - they cannot access order information.

If you have a query about something bought at a store, please contact the store in question.

How late will your stores be open during the festive season?

Are all the items on your website available in every store?

Our stores hold different levels of stock to our website. If you would like to know whether an individual store stocks a particular item, please give the store in question a ring. You can find the numbers and addresses of all stores here.

However, it is always possible that our suppliers will alter their delivery dates at short notice. Should your pre-order date change, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Can I order goods on-line to collect in store?

We do not currently offer a click-and-collect service.

Can I return / exchange a Mail Order product in one of the stores?

Mail Order returns can only be handled via the Mail Order department and not in stores.
