When you add a card to your subscription account our system will make a £0.01 charge to authorise your card. More information on what SCA is and how it affects you can be found here.
Once successful this £0.01 transaction is then automatically refunded back to your original payment method; the funds should show in your account in two working days. We do not keep hold of this charge. You will be able to view this transaction in the Subscription Account details section of Your Account.
Please note you will need a valid card attached to your subscription account in order for us to create monthly subscription orders for you.
