We now offer customers the chance to sign up to receive their favourite comics every month. This is the easiest way to get comic titles without the worry of placing an order each time a comic issue is listed.

If you set up a subscription with us we’ll create an order on your behalf once per month for all the comics you’ve subscribed to that have upcoming releases. Comics are generally solicited two months in advance by Diamond (the main UK supplier of comics) and UK retailers need to order our comics that far in advance in order to secure copies of those comics, in the same way that we do for our subscription customers, so there is a delay of 8-10 weeks between confirming your subscription and receiving your comic. Once you’ve confirmed your subscriptions with us we’ll continue to generate orders for you as long as the series continues, and regularly email you with updates on your orders.

To set up your account with Forbidden Planet, click on ‘You Account’ in the top right hand corner of the screen and follow the on-screen prompts. Once you have your account, click the red “Subscription tab” button on the top menu and then the “Sign up now!” button under the subscriptions section. You can also browse though all of our available subscriptions, including titles from Marvel, DC, Dynamite, IDW, Dark Horse, Image and Boom! Studios and independent comics publishers. You’re now subscribed, and ready to add your comics.

If you have made a purchase with forbiddenplanet.com you may already have registered with us. You can use your existing registration details or if you wish to use an alternate email address you may wish to register again. If you do choose to use an alternate email address please remember that you will be registered under each of the email accounts you choose.

Use our menu system to browse by publisher, title, artist or writer. When you have found the product you’re looking for, simply click on the product itself. From here, you can add the item to your wish list, and share it on your social media profiles. To subscribe to the series, click on the “Subscribe to…!” button on the top right of the screen. This will take you to the “Your Subscriptions” page where you can enter titles and quantities. Please be aware that you can only subscribe by series.
