How long does an order take to process?
Once your order has been placed, it can take 3-4 working days to bill and ship. It may take longer than this if we are experiencing high volumes of orders; we will usually notify you during checkout and on your order confirmation email if this is the case.
Please Note that a ‘Working day’ means Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday that is not a Public or Bank Holiday.
If an item is on pre-order, then we will despatch that item once it is released. Should your order contain a mix of pre-orders and in-stock items, the items will be charged and despatched as and when they are ready to ship. We will only charge you postage once, even if your items are shipped in multiple despatches.
Please allow 5 working days (not including Public or Bank Holidays) before contacting us about when your order will be billed and shipped out, to allow for any unforeseen delays we may encounter.
If you’ve ordered an item for a specific and/or imminent deadline please bear in mind we cannot guarantee delivery on or by a specific date at the present time.
