How long does an order take to process?
Once your order has been placed, it can take 3-4 working days to bill and ship. It may take longer than this if we are experiencing high volumes of orders; we will usually notify you during checkout and on your order confirmation email if this is the case.
Please Note that a ‘Working day’ means Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday that is not a Public or Bank Holiday.
For most UK and international destinations if we expect to send out your order in multiple shipments you will be given up to three options during the checkout phase to determine how regularly we send your in stock and/or pre-order items to you. For international destinations where postage is TBC during checkout we will calculate shipping costs for you separately and issue you a shipping quote with total costs that you will need to respond to within 7 days for us to process, bill and ship your order. This is outlined in further detail here.
Please allow 5 working days (not including Public or Bank Holidays) before contacting us about when your order will be billed and shipped out, to allow for any unforeseen delays we may encounter.
If you’ve ordered an item for a specific and/or imminent deadline please bear in mind we cannot guarantee delivery on or by a specific date at the present time.
