  • Ordering
    How long does an order take to process?

    Once your order has been placed, it can take 3-4 working days to bill and ship. It may take longer than this if we are experiencing high volumes of orders; we will usually notify you during checkout and on your order confirmation email if this is the case.

    Please Note that a ‘Working day’ means Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday that is not a Public or Bank Holiday.

    If an item is on pre-order, then we will despatch that item once it is released. Should your order contain a mix of pre-orders and in-stock items, the items will be charged and despatched as and when they are ready to ship. We will only charge you postage once, even if your items are shipped in multiple despatches.

    Please allow 5 working days (not including Public or Bank Holidays) before contacting us about when your order will be billed and shipped out, to allow for any unforeseen delays we may encounter.

    If you’ve ordered an item for a specific and/or imminent deadline please bear in mind we cannot guarantee delivery on or by a specific date at the present time.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    Our SagePay secure system accepts MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express and Maestro (Only UK issued Maestro cards are accepted). We do not currently accept PayPal.

    Do you offer a next day delivery service?

    At the moment we do not offer a next-day delivery service.

    Can I add to my order once it's been placed?

    Sadly not! If you’ve placed an order and missed an item, or wish to add more you’d just need to cancel it through ‘Your Account’ and place a whole new order online.

    How do Pre-Orders work?

    A Pre-Order is where a customer places and order for an item that we do not yet have in stock. In this event, we reserve the customers’s order and when we have the required item(s) in stock, we despatch them to the customer.

    What happens if my Pre-Order doesn't come into stock?

    Every now and then, manufacturers’ scheduling and shipping dates can change and some Pre-Orders can be delayed, brought forward or cancelled. If the delivery date for an item changes, we will update that item on our website. If we cannot fulfil Pre-Order, we will send you an email to confirm the reason why. We will NOT debit your account.

    There are also occasions when a manufacturer does not fulfil our requirements fully, and we do not have enough stock all of the pre- orders. Should this occur, we will fulfil as many orders as we can, beginning with the earliest orders made. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will email you to let you know.

    Please be aware that making a pre-order does not guarantee that we will get that item into stock. We will only take payment for pre- orders once stock arrives and is ready to despatch. We cannot be held responsible for suppliers’ cancellations or date changes and it will be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that sufficient funds are available.

    I have new card details and/or I've moved house! How do I update my details?

    We will not charge and ship anything to you until the items are in stock, allocated to your order(s) and ready to be shipped out.

    If you need to change the card, delivery details or cancel any items you can do this through Your Account by going into the Open Orders section and clicking into the order you want to update. Once you’ve successfully updated the card details or delivery address on an order you’ll receive email confirmation confirming that change.

    If you checked out as a Guest and need to change your address urgently we strongly recommend creating an account and doing this manually as this is the quickest way to change those details. We can close the account for you on request once the order has been completed.

    You can also email us to request an address change but due to a high volume of enquiries we may not be able to amend your details until the order has already been shipped out to you. We advise checking your orders regularly to ensure that they are being delivered to the correct address. We cannot update your card on your behalf.

    Please be aware that if you have multiple orders with outstanding items on them, you will need to update those individually with the new card/address details.

    What happens if my card payment isn't successful?

    We don’t charge your order until the item(s) are in stock and ready to be sent to you. If your card payment is not authorised at this point we’ll email you to inform you of the failed payment, and you will need to update your card details against that order for us to be able to re-attempt payment.

    To update your card you will need to log in to Your Account, go to the orders section and update the card against the order that we’ve emailed you about. If you checked out as a guest you will need to create an account to do this, but we can close the account once the order is completed if you let us know.

    If you require further information for why the payment was unsuccessful please contact your bank/card issuer for more details, as our payment system will only state payment wasn’t authorised.

    You will need to update your card information within 7 days of receiving the email informing you payment was unsuccessful. If we receive no response or updated details in this time we will cancel the item(s) that have been queried and these will be allocated to other customers.

    Please note if we have attempted payment of the same items multiple times and payment is still unsuccessful, we may cancel items that have been held multiple times for a cumulative period greater than 7 days.

    What will happen to my order once Britain leaves the EU?

    Our current aim is to continue running all of our services as usual when Great Britain transitions from being a part of the EU on 1st January 2021. Unfortunately we have had to increase some shipping costs to EU countries due to rising postage rates, but we’ll continue to process, bill and ship orders to these destinations and review these costs as the situation changes.

    On 1st July 2021, the EU is making changes to its VAT rules. This will affect shipments to the EU, and those made between EU countries. We have applied for Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) to account for these changes however this has not been verified or implemented yet.

    Please note that international delivery has also been affected by Covid-19.Please click Here for current information.

    As we are based in - and operate from - the UK, mainland UK orders are not currently affected by these changes.
