PLAY MORE GAMES!
Saturday 30th March is International Table Top Day. Visit your local Forbidden Planet to play a game you love - or to discover what gaming is all about!
International TableTop Day is a reminder to spend more time and strengthen the bonds with the people who matter most, our friends and family, by playing games together. Tabletop gaming promotes many positive social and cognitive benefits like increased communication, team work, planning, and is an excellent stress relieving activity for all ages. Oh yes, and it is great fun too!
Try Fluxx at Birmingham & Southampton Come and join in the fun with Fluxx, the card game with ever-changing rules! Each card alters the way you play, and with 100 cards per pack, and 29 different goals to keep you on your toes, no two games are quite the same!
Play Gloom at Birmingham & Bristol Come and join in the misery of the Gloom card game, in which you assume control of the fate of an eccentric family of misfits and misanthropes. The goal of the game is sad, but simple: you want your characters to suffer the greatest tragedies possible before passing on to the well-deserved respite of death. The Bristol store will also be hosting Ticket To Ride games!
We have Zombie Dice to try out at London & Newcastle Zombie Dice is fast and easy for any zombie fan to learn, even non-gamers. The 13 custom dice are your victims. Push your luck to eat their brains, but stop rolling before the shotgun blasts end your turn!
Find out why the Munchkin Card Game is so popular at Coventry, London, Newcastle & Southampton! Munchkin is the mega-hit card game about dungeon adventure . . . with none of that stupid roleplaying stuff. You and your friends compete to kill monsters and grab magic items. Fast-playing and silly, Munchkin can reduce any roleplaying group to hysteria. And, while they're laughing, you can steal their stuff.
We are sorry to announce that the Tabletop Day event at Liverpool has been cancelled. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
