out of 5 starsA Figure I WAS highly looking forward too. , - By Arrun Walters
I was very interested in having a figure from a regeneration so i went to the forbidden planet to get one. When i got home however i stood it next to their earlier release of colin baker and there must be about a half a CM of a difference in height if not more !! Also there is TOO MUCH dirt on him. MY GOD. Its like he fell in a pond ! quite disapointing!

At last the best incarnation of the cybermen are here, and it looks brilliant in the picture. I just ask one thing. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THIS A LIMITED EDITION. LET EVERYONE HAVE A CHANCE TO OWN THESE FIGURES!! They are so great it is really sad when they go out of stock. Please don't do this. :)

Just got this today. The second I saw this I just knew I had to get it! The quality is really impressive as companies often mess up classic cars. Not this time! Beautiful and highly recommended at an amazing price!

Doctor Who: Action Figure Collectors Set: Remembrance Of The Daleks- All reviews of this product
out of 5 starsGreat Set, Great Detail. Quality on the other hand? , - By Arrun Walters
I was in two minds about getting this at first to be honest. I wanted to get it because I love the story they are from and I love the Imperial Daleks that come with the set. The others (renegade) are good too but the Imperial Daleks are just so radically different from previous character options releases. The reason I had to think about getting them was because of other peoples accounts of their sets. Apparently a lot of other people had bad experiences with these coming to their doors, after pre-ordering or simply ordering them, because of product defects. And by this I mean as bad as Daleks missing eyes etc and defects on the paintwork by which I mean gold paint running from the skirt balls on to the ivory skirt (Imperial Dalek) and so on. Normally anything wrong with Character Options figures is rare but in this case more or less every single Dalek in the set has at least one thing wrong with it. For this reason I went to the shop myself to get one. I had to look through 3 or more boxes until I found a good one and by good I mean I got off lightly with some paint scratched off the Supreme Daleks skirt sphere. However. I give credit where its due. When I got home and had a look at them. They arnt THAT bad. Something just makes you like them for some reason so I do recommend getting them even if you are just thinking about it. My advice is to do what I did and go in to the store to get them. It may take you a while to find a good one but its worth it. These aren't just repaints of older releases these are more a less new. Not forgetting the special weapons Dalek!
I recommend the set but beware of Pre-order /normal orders. Go in and get one or risk your high hopes being exterminated!
Doctor Who: Wallet- All reviews of this product
out of 5 starsVERY nice , - By Arrun Walters
Thank you Forbidden Planet for this. I was looking for a new wallet for ages!
The pictures do not do these justice at all! It looks like a nice sophisticated leather wallet when its closed with a tastefully placed 80s Doctor Who logo. and then you open it and you get transported back to the 1970s/80s!
Loads of space for notes and cards, coin space is fair, a zip or popper would have been a nice feature but alas they are not included.Highly recommended! If you are looking for a new wallet. GET ONE WHILE YOU CAN!
Doctor Who: Action Figure Collectors Set: Revelation Of The Daleks- All reviews of this product
out of 5 starsNot as terrible as people think, - By Arrun Walters
Okay people I know we've got this Davros before, and I know we've got this Doctor before and the renegade Dalek but, We havn't seen a Necros Dalek yet and by the picture it looks like a very nice little figure. Colin has a new cloak that is very iconic to this story, the renegade Dalek is in this story so its not out of place. Davros is quite strange with his shot off hand but its Davros!
ButIi also understand where a lot of you are coming from character options/underground toys...WE NEED A TRANSLUCENT EMBRYO DALEK! If it is done right it could be the best figure you will ever make. Trust me it will sell, but please stop rereleasing old stuff with new paint jobs now.
Another good thing to do would be to release individual Daleks, and try steering away from box sets.
but I gave 4 stars for the Necros Dalek :)

out of 5 starsA very fair story , - By Arrun Walters
This is actually a very underrated story from what I have seen.
Watched it today and was pleasantly surprised, The story is basically the original version of the "The End of the World" episode with Christopher Eccleston, except with some twists regarding monsters etc.
Talking of monsters, the Monoids are not very successful but you have to give marks for the imagination (something the new series lacks in my opinion) and Eye in the actors mouth!? That has to be worth points for effort.
As for the story it goes along quite well, and it also features Dodo's first story too (another very underrated element to Doctor Who!).
Dodo is actually quite a pleasing character to watch actually, despite her being axed for not being very popular, but I think she is much more entertaining than her replacement, Polly who seems to simply scream, or be agitated far too often!
Another nice element to this story is of course the Elephant that introduces itself in the first episode if I'm not mistaken.
Sadly for me the one thing that stops this from being a 5 star William Hartnell show, has to be for me the extreme lack of sets. Overall the sets are very few and very drab, with the main rooms being the jungle, the control room a kitchen and another planet which is also far too drab, however it gets 4 stars from me for the pros I mentioned above, but the sets really do drag on this one. However it is a pleasing story and if im honest you dont truly notice it straight away and the story carries itself well.
A recommended buy from me! :)
