Announcing – the hottest new art toys at Forbidden Planet, the home of Vinyl in the UK!
Come and meet Dudebox artist CONZO at the Forbidden Planet Megastore on Saturday 24th November from 1 – 2pm, signing and customising his characterful Dudebox toy Tapps Aff – as well as doodling an a fantastic range of Dudebox DIY vinyl toys. We’ll have blank vinyl figures to give away, and plenty of time to meet Conzo’s madcap range of characters!
Conzo is a Scottish based artist who originally chased ice cream vans in a small mining town outside of Glasgow. It’s easier to describe him as coming from the (just turned adult) Jackass generation - TV, videogames and a good upbringing accompanied by a daily intake of ‘Ren and Stimpy’ ‘South Park’ and ‘Johnny Knoxville’. Conzo has been doodling his whole life, dabbling in graffiti, illustration and digital design; his work and style is influenced by retro and vintage. Bring a sense of humour and don’t take things too seriously.
Conzo is also a co-founder of the Design and Illustration Studio ‘de:strukt’, based in Glasgow.
