I had ordered this as a gift and upon arrival their were a few pieces broken off
in the box.the sonic screwdiver in particular is fragile, I also noticed a piece of hair hanging above his eye broken off.
I sent for a replacement and got one within the week, upon opening the box the sonic screwdiver was broken again in the box, I suspect its the way its packed as the extrememy fragile screwdiver tends to poke out a bit from the rest of the bust.
It is a beautiful bust but be warned about the sonic screwdriver, chance is big it will break in the box or otherwise I have been extremely unlucky.

Excellent addition to my collection of 11th Doctor.
Captures Matt in fine detail, paint work is amazing and good skin tones.
