Having picked up some of the previous releases of the bronze RTD-era Dalek and been disappointed that they weren't as accurate as hoped (the skirt and base were far too big), it's a real pleasure to see Character Options finally release an accurate re-sculpt of what I feel is the pinnacle of Dalek design. I honestly feel that the only thing that could have made this release better could have been the inclusion of alternate manipulator arms so that we could finally have accurate Assault Daleks, Imperial Guards, etc.
Please ignore the folks who complain this is the same Dalek that has been released a dozen times in the past - it certainly is not! If you want an accurate representation of the RTD era bronze Dalek, this (and the forthcoming talking version) is the Dalek for you.

I can assure you this is not a repackaged model of the 5" Dalek, for the more discerning Dalek fans you will notice it has at last been remodeled and an excellent job Character Options have done!
I should know as I have been involved in full size Dalek builds.
It's ironic that they have decide to get this modeling correct after all this time considering the demise of the "proper Daleks", in replacement for the "teletubbie fat back sided multicolored Daleks".

It's quite pointless that Character Options actually botherd to make this. All it is, is the Crucible Dalek with a plunger! They should have made the white dalek supreme instead.
