I have tried four times to get the product pictured. The product they are sending out has the same graphics and handle style as the mini tin tote. In my opinion it is not big enough to be called a lunchbox as it is barely big enough to hold a packet of crisps. Apparently the mini tin is about half the size. On the plus size customer service staff have been pretty good.
