Motor City, 1958, a shadowy place plagued by demons, ghouls, and other creatures of the supernatural. The police and its Rector-division are stretched thin, so local human gangs like the 133rd do their best to protect their neighbourhood from the forces of evil.

It's a time of greasers, girls, and hot rods - gangs rule the streets and bloodthirsty fiends roam the night! It's a dark time for the 133rd. The Ghouls are taking over turf and the 133rd's leader has just been killed. Desperate to avenge his fallen brother and prove himself, Lexi joins the gang. But it may already be too late!

The Ghouls have been armed with magic artefacts from a mysterious stranger - a stranger with an evil plan that would mean the end for Motor City and perhaps the entire world!
