The gathering has begun - the gathering for Shaman Fight in Tokyo, the match to determine the one shaman who can commune with the Great Spirit and become the Shaman King. Injured after his fight with rival shaman Ren, 13-year-old Yoh wakes up in a hospital bed to meet his fiancee, Anna Kyociyama, whom his family paired him up with in an arranged marriage! Of course, Anna is a shaman too, and they'll need both their skills when Yoh is attacked by an undead Hong Kong film star, brought back to life as a kung-fu zombie to carry out the Ren family's revenge!
